Everything Custom Made By Armani Prive’
Gaga is one lucky Bitch! I love everything except the green bodysuit, and what with the triangle eyes, it didn’t work when she met the queen and it doesn’t work now! But on the Red Carpet she looked gorgeous, that dress is like something from my dreams, so elegant. It reminds me on Jean Paul Gaultier’s work, Which I thought it might be before I found out it was Armani!
I do love the shoes, but they still pale in comparison to the iconic Alexander McQueen or Nina Ricci shoes.

I know I haven’y been bringing you fashion news for awhile, I’ve been really busy, It’s important times for me at the moment, to make sure I get into the University I want. But anyway here is the new Alexander McQueen ad, and I love it. It’s a far cry from his angular, Black and White, A/W ads, but it is still amazing, which is something we’ve all come to expect from Alexander McQueen.

If I can ever get my hands on a pair of those shoes I will never put them down! I’m not the kinda guy that wears heels, but I wouldn’t hesitate to try these on!

I recently Stumbled across the work of Andreia Chaves, and I am blown away by it!
Andreia Chaves is a foot wear designer from Brazil, and each of her pieces is it’s own work of art.
“The fact that I grew up in a chaotic city like Sao Paulo, full of contrasts, being in contact with such diversity and constant exposure to different visual inputs, has inspired me in how I think and conceptualize my shoes. Looking at my work, I can clearly see influence coming from my South American sense of versatility. Also in the mix – what I have been experiencing in Europe
Above we have “The Invisible shoe” made out of mirrors so it acts like a chameleon and reflects it’s surroundings, and It works amazingly well!
“The Prism Shoe”
“Form and Structure Shoe”

“The Velcro Shoe”

This last one is definitely my favorite! It is known as “Twirled” and is made out of metal and PVC, the shape an structure of this shoe is just beautiful.
Chaves is currently focusing on a project based on “an exploration of the moving body” which will be presented in February 2010 and I really can’t wait to see it! It is safe to say she is my favorite shoe designer of the moment, I just wish she did mens shoes!

Finally!

It should have been like this all along for a British Designer to have a British online store!
But actually up until about 10 minuets ago online shopping on Alexander McQueen was only available in the US, but now all the rich people of britain can now shop online for their Alexander McQueen goods.
I dont know why i’m so excited over this, I cant afford anything on there!

I think these are a good idea, but damn they’re ugly!
Colin Lin has created a collection of shoes made from old recycled newspapers.
Apparently i’m the only one who thinks they are ugly though, as over 4,000 pairs of these recycled Newspapers have already been sold!
And for around £90 ($150) I really don’t understand why, who would pay that for a pair of ugly recycled newspapers!

Yes we all saw Gaga wear the shoes for her “Bad Romance” video, but Daphne Guinness became the first celebrity to wear them out in public at the Nars 15th Anniversary Party in New York Last Tuesday Night.
Though fellow Bloggers have slated this look for her I fully believe that she pulled the look off amazingly with the Alexander McQueen dress from the same collection!
I would love to just be able to touch those shoes!

It’s not that I think the shoes are ugly, because I think they’re alright, not great but alright, but I would be ashamed to walk down the aisle wearing Paris Hilton shoes!
Anyway, millionaire/bimbo Paris Hilton has “designed” these four shoes for her new Bridal shoe collection, and I find them abit boring, it’s like they took the same shoe but just stuck the bow in a different place. And I say they because I doubt Paris actually had anything to do with these, she just plastered her name on them and then rakes in the profit…that is if there is any…

Possibly the most talked about shoes this season is these amazing shoes from Alexander McQueen, and unbelievably there are no plans to put them into mass production!
So what happens to the sample pairs from the runway? Well they may be auctioned of very soon! But expect to pay quite a bit if you are thinking about trying them!
If I had the money I’d buy a pair just to look at!
