So it’s time for one of those shitty personal blogs, which no one really cares about but I’m gonna do it anyway. This week has been manic,started writing my statement for my FMP, which i am really excited about!

I’ve been worried all week that I’ve upset a friend, but we’ve sorted things out. I went out last night, and got too drunk, and today I had to be up at 7 for an interview, which is bad as I came crawling home at about half 3 this morning. But it was worth it I had a really good time, even if I looked super rough during my interview…

Then today I had the news I’ve been dreading for weeks – a rejection letter from UCAS saying my application for CSM has been unsuccessful… I’m really devastated, and I have no idea what I want to do, London is where I belong. Though it’s probably my own fault for changing my mind 2 hours before I had to send it off, then re-doing it The university I visited today looked really nice and I would go there. But at the same time I guess I could try for internships, ask CSM what I did wrong, and apply again next year. Or I could go to a closer university, for my degree, then aim for a masters at CSM. I mean which ever university I go to will have the capabilities to improve my skills, There’s just so much more of an opportunity in London, and I don’t want to stay in the hell hole I live in now, where when i asked for fashion books in the local library they handed me a book about Ugly Betty…

So yeah I’m feeling sorry for myself

He’s Dead Wrapped in Plastic

So today I decided to take imagery from Laura Palmer, as part of my Twin Peaks project. I made the sleeveless jumpsuit, Arm and neck piece all in the morning, then braved the cold outside, and the stares from the rest of the college students, for a photoshoot in the afternoon. It’s been a busy busy day!

So here’s some photos from the preparation, and I’ll put the edited final photos on my next blog.

Notice the hand print on my Back? Sarah Gee gave me the slap of a lifetime!

Too Fast To Live, Too Young To Die

Here is the first example of one of my works, straight through from the design stage up until the final product.

The brief was to create something to do with our trip to London. So obviously I looked at London designers Like vivienne Westwood, and Katie Eary, and the Punk movement back in the early 70′s.

Welcome Back

So It’s been ages since my last post, but i have some special news!

Well actually it’s not that special…

Anyway first of all you may have noticed the Blog has a new look! I changed the coding myself, which is why it may still need a few tweaks.

Second – Happy New year, As of this moment over 7,000 people have visited here, which is nothing in comparison to many blogs, but as I only really started about 6 months ago it’s  definitely a success for me. Which is why I’d like to say thank you to all you people who visit here! Also now I have added a counter to the site so we can all check on it, so don’t let me down!

Thirdly – From this moment I am taking the blog in a new direction. Don’t worry I will still be posting about fashion news etc. But I will also start posting some of my own work onto this blog for feedback, so please don’t be afraid to tell me what you think…even if you hate it…just try not to be too nasty!
