Seriously it is my birthday, I am now officially in my twenties, and what better way to start the decade than eyeing up the new Katie Eary collection! It didnt have the immediate spark that her Spring/Summer did but it is growing on me and some pieces I just Lovelovelove!

VIVIENNE WESTWOOD
Anyone who is a frequent visitor to this blog will know by now that I love Vivienne Westwood, and this collection is no exception! It’s not just the clothes it’s the whole atmosphere Westwood puts into her shows. The runway was covered in cardboard boxes, the models were dressed like hobos, pushing trolleys and carrying sleeping bags. It just adds a little more fun to fashion, and I love it!
I Love this entire outfit but especially the jacket!
I also love this! Once again I love the jacket the most. I wasn’t so keen on the idea of man skirts, but they are slowly beginning to grow on me!
I have to admit I Love striped suits and this is no exception!
These waistcoats are definitely, the best of all the Milan shows this season, I just love the shape!
This jacket? Yes please! It may not be as impressive as some of the coats in the Burberry Prorsum show but I still love it!
This outfit is definitely my pick of the collection, I love everything about it!
Anyway here’s the whole collection, I need to get myself one of those “Get a Life T-Shirts”
PRADA
I can’t really put into words how unimpressed with this show I am, I sat for an hour watching people take their seats while waiting for the show to start, then it finally started and I was so very disappointed. First of all the clothes are boring, I can’t pick out one piece that I actually love, the shoes were pretty shit aswell. Also is it just me or do all the models look like a mix between Skeletor and Frankenstein’s Monster? Either that of they picked up a bucnh of crack whores from the street and placed them in the show.
So anyway here’s the collection -
EMPORIO ARMANI
This is definitely my favorite collection of the first day! This is what I want to see more of in menswear, less boring suits and more avant garde creations! Okay so these aren’t particularly ”out there” but is the most exciting show of this season so far. Anyway here’s my top picks.
Love everything about this look, except maybe the hat, but I seriously do love the jumper!
Once again love this look, the jacket is genius, but possibly the best thing about this – and the rest of the collection – is the bright green/yellow shoes. I am actually in love with them!
Love the jumper again, but mainly its the glasses! Love Love Love!, Oh and the shoes are there again – More Love!
Love this look! What ever is going on underneath the jacket I love! But then the suit itself is amazing!
Just yes! Love the jacket, and everything else going on here, and someone please get me those glasses!
There is actually so much more I love about this collection but i’d be here for hours going on and on so I’ll just show you the rest of the collection…
JIL SANDER
I loved this collection when I first saw it, but after seeing the Burberry and Emporio Armani Shows I was less impressed. Staying true to the Jil Sander style it is very minimalist and there is only one piece that I actually really like.
Love this jacket, I’m not even really sure why but something about it just draws me to it. Also I love the hair styles in this collection! Quiffs are definitely in! I need to get my ass down the hairdressers!
BURBERRY
This is definitely one of my favorite collections from the events so far. So first of i’ll pick out my favorites, and then we’ll just see the collection in full…
This jacket is amazing, the military theme still seems to be running strong in Burberry coats, and It’s definitely a good thing. Also I am in love with the boots!
Cropped Jacket = Love! And once again I love the boots, the footwear in this collection is amazing!
Another amazing jacket, I really am blown away by the quality of this collection, and once again – Boots!
This coat is probably the best pick of the collection, I love the sheepskin and belt details!
So yesterday was kick off of fashion 2010, with the start of the Milan Menswear shows, with designers debuting their Fall 2010 lines, and so far I am impressed!
So lets kick this off with a look at Dolce & Gabbana’s line, which was the 20 year landmark for menswear in the company. So although I dislike D&G because of its whole mass market approach to everything there are a few peices in this collection which I really like.
This jacket is beautiful, although it does pale in comparison to the jackets at the Burberry show which I will be showing you later on.
This crinkle cut jumper is also amazing, it’s kinda plain which makes me shocked that I like it so much, but I think it may have something to do with the fact i have a small crush on the Model. Which is something I love about Dolce and Gabbana, they always have very pretty people when the display their work!
I love the edge and pocket detail on the waistcoat, it look so well made that it just has to be respected!
It’s the same with this waistcoat, and if i had to choose one item out of the entire collection it would probably be this.
So congratulations to the boys for completing this mammoth of a show,and for their twenty years in menswear. Anyway here’s the collection in full, enjoy!
I actually like everything in this lookbook, and if I wasn’t so poor I would actually go and buy some of it. I really like the military style jacket, well I say military but it looks more like a Lion tamer jacket. The boots are catching my eye aswell…I’m gonna have to go in an scope the January sales after Christmas and see what I can get!
I hate Sportwear and designer Sportwear is nor different! So I am not a fan of this!

The overall collection is actually quite nice, but what is with the man skirts and baggy crotch trousers!? It seems H&M have joined Marc Jacobs in trying to make the man skirt happen. It just won’t… Something tells me a lot of those are gonna be left on the shelf.
But I do like the collection and there are a few pieces I wouldn’t mind getting for myself.
