Well here we have it, the first pictures of Mulberry’s new bag named after Alexa Chung.
Now I get that Alexa is pretty but as for saying she’s a “style icon” i’m not so sure.
Anyway as for the actual bag, its a take on the iconic Bayswater bag, and i’d go as far as to say that I like it a lot more than the bayswater!

Well here we have it, the complete collection of the Jimmy Choo line for H&M, and I have to admit I do like it, the Menswear is a little dull, but I doubt any one cares about that. it’s all about the shoes!

Planning on going to H&M to get your very own cheap Jimmy Choo’s on the 14th of November? Well you should take a look at these first, the Jimmy Choo shopping rules -
What do I do if I arrive before opening hours?
If there is a line, please wait in line and H&M store staff will inform you how to shop.
How does the queing system work?
The first 160 people in line will receive a bracelet; on the bracelet you will be given a specific time for shopping in our designated area. The bracelets are only needed for the women’s shoes, bags and accessories. Customers shopping the men’s collection or the women’s garments will not require a bracelet.
When your time has come, we will let you into the designated area to shop. Our goal is to create a better shopping experience for all of our customers.
If you are not one of the 160 first in line, you will of course have the opportunity to shop from the rest of collection or within H&M. After about two hours we will also open up the designated area for all of our customers.
To make sure as many customers as possible are able to buy from the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection, we have a limitation. Every customer can buy the whole collection but with a limitation of buying maximum one per product, i.e. not more than one size (shoes/garments) or piece (accessories) per product per customer. The limitation covers the whole Jimmy Choo for H&M Collection. Your place in line does not guarantee any items from the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection.
If I can get the time off work I know i’ll be at the Cardiff store possibly picking up my sister an early Christmas present, as they unfortunately won’t be selling the menswear at the Cardiff store. I’ll have to be there early as I HAVE to get into the bag and shoe room!

Lily Allen has been immortalized in the form of a Mannequin for the Chanel shop at East 57th Street in New York. The mannequin has been styled in the same way as Lily was for the Coco Cocoon campaign. I wonder if anyone is actually buying those bags? They look like a sleeping bag!

So I havent posted in aggeess, I’ve been busy with college and stuffs. But anyway I went to London last week and I loved it!
This was the first time i’d been since i was like 6 years old, and OMG I loved it! We went to the Tate, which tbh was a disappointment. But then even as an art student i’m not a fan of art galleries. Unless its a fashion/costume exhibit. Then they dropped us off at the VA museum, but instead of going to see the costumes me and two friends snuck off in search of Vivienne Westwood’s Worlds end shop, And after 20 mins and the help of my trusty iPhone we found it
Its an amazing shop, exceeded all my expectations, the people were lovely there, not like the snobby people at Chanel and Louis Vuitton. And the shop itself is like a teeny corner shop, we walked straight past it first time!
Anyway heres some snaps of the day!

Gossip mags and massage chairs at the services

Outside Chanel!

Out side Worlds End!

After shopping.
I bout a T-Shirt and a Neckerchief, The bag was so specially packed and sealed I almost didn’t want to open it!

I actually started writing this post last night, then I looked over at the clock and realized I was going to be late for work, So I rushed around and juuust about made it in time
Anyway, I got an interview for College on the 7th May, which is awesome. Even though i’d have rather gone to Uni, but I didnt even get an interview
So I’ve spent the last few days searching through old artwork and making new things to add to a portfolio. So here’s what we have so far.
My Bag made from a book
(thanks to Curbly.com for this one)

Obviouslt I have no use for a tiny handbag, but I thought it was an awesome idea and I wanted to make one. My design differs from the Curbly one, as I couldnt find any Bag handles, and that was the only book I could find that looked (and turned out to be) from the sixties.
My Next major item is my Bubble Wrap Waistcoat, This one is completely my own design, It was part of an Art project on Recycling, so the whole waistcoat is made from leftovers (bottle corks, left over material, bubblewrap). Its quite hard to see the bubble wrap in these pictures but its all around the bottom and aroud the sleeves of the waistcoat.

And the last (and my personal favourite) of my major items is my Alice in Wonderland shoes

The are fully painted, but the camera flash made them go all shiny, i’ll upload a better picture when I get the chance
Now obviously I have more to add to my portfolio, I have hundreds of fine art and Fashion design drawings. And My Punk Blazer, and Vincent Valentine style cloak, but I have no pictures right now and I’m too lazy to take them
Wish me Luck
